Dear Colleagues -
Idaho Mortgage Lenders' Association is proud to once again present the Pacific Northwest Mortgage Lenders' Conference to be held in Boise September 11th to the 14th, 2016. The event will again be at The Grove Hotel in beautiful downtown Boise, Idaho. Functions will begin Sunday evening with the conference getting underway on Monday afternoon with one of our featured speakers from the FHA Santa Ana Home Ownership Center.
Our theme this year is "Climate Change - Policies and Politics in Mortgage Lending". With the presidential election looming a mere two months after our conference, we want to provide some insight as to what we can expect based on various election outcomes. Tuesday is scheduled for a full day of timely and informative sessions with topics covering sales and origination to programs and compliance. We will wrap up the conference on Wednesday morning with representatives from both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
We will also have a number of functions designed for optimum networking opportunities with exhibitors set up inside the main conference center, and two open receptions Sunday and Monday evening. You won't want to miss the Grand Dinner on Tuesday night to be held at the newest and most innovative event venue in Boise - JUMP. Note to all the football fans - visit the BSU website or your local alumni office for tickets to the home opener Saturday the 10th "on the blue" between Washington State and Boise State Universities.
This conference attracts a committed group of mortgage professionals and affiliates. Don't miss the chance to be a part of this dynamic event! Please mark your calendars and plan to attend this year's conference. The "City of Trees" is a vibrant community with many cultural and recreational options for your leisure time. Come early to experience Boise Art Museum's annual "Art in the Park", visit some of the many historical sites or experience Boise's dining and entertainment scene, all within walking distance of the downtown area.
I hope to see you at the conference!
